Gary Joseph, a 6 Arrows Media partner, is looking forward to the opportunity to share across Indian Country: “People from across Turtle Island have taken notice and they are excited. Together with our partners, we’re building something new that has never been done before and we’re thrilled to be working with Don Amero on this special event. We hope to change perceptions about what a live stream can be – and this is just the beginning.
“Today, we present music and entertainment. As we continue to evolve our scope will grow to include hot-button Indigenous issues that impact all of our daily lives. We’re the little guys, but together we’re cultivating a community of sharing and responsibility inline with a vision of complete Indigenous Media Sovereignty. Welcome to a place where our voices can be heard.”

About Don Amero:
Since leaving his job seven years ago to pursue music full-time, the Winnipeg singer/songwriter has toured coast‐to‐coast, appeared on national television, presented at festivals, performed with the symphony, showcased in New York City, been nominated for some of Canada’s most prestigious music awards, and played W. Brett Wilson’s The Garden Party.
Don’s musical style would be best described as a John Mayer/ Keith Urban/ Ed Sheeran mix. His four albums (Heart On My Sleeve, The Long Way Home, Deepening and Change Your Life) have generated nine national/international awards, and more than two dozen nominations, including a 2013 JUNO Award nomination. His story inspires, and his message is one of encouragement, positivity and beauty. He continues to impress wherever he goes.
About Logan Staats:
The Mohawk, Turtle clan songster was born on Six Nations of the Grand River Territory and raised in the nearby ghost town of Brantford, Ontario. Guitar and harmonica in hand, the twenty-something Logan Staats is well known locally, and more and more live shows across Turtle Island (United States and Canada) mean a growing fan-base with international potential.
The young multi-instrumentalist produces passionate and compulsive music. Sadness and joy animate his performances, and Staats takes stages with an aura of inevitability, capturing not only audiences, but the feeling he had so many years ago watching local artists on stage.
“Good Bye Goldia,” Staats’ first full-length, solo studio album will be released on Aboriginal Solidarity Day, June 21, 2015.
